“We had a blast planning our direction for the fourth quarter. Everyone bought into the goals we set- and that’s a first.”
Creative Goal Setting
What if it was different this year, your goal setting session? What if we looked at the numbers, but added color to the event? What if we took away old beliefs, limits, and boredom so you could reach different conclusions?
You might not think of a team building company for strategic planning, but we think you should. Strategic planning takes a hard look at who you are, and who you could be. It looks at what is possible and what is probable and ends with the best possible result. Led by our founder, Karen Grosz, our strategic planning packages don’t have to include art, but we think they should include some fun. They don’t begin with a review of the numbers while sitting at a conference table. You’re not the average team, and this is not regular strategic planning. It’s better.
We generally start with Rabidioux Creek Info as our base but customize this event to fit your needs. Plan 4-8 hours for your event and read this for more about our style. Creative Goal Setting-
Bottom-up, around the side, with color and possibility, goal setting. It’ll get you new results!
